Availability and rates

Broad Brook School was built in 1931 it was Works Progress Administration project designed by Warrem S. Holmes. An addition was added in 1954 designed by Morris W. Maloney Architect. The most celebrated School designed by Warrem S. Holmes is the J. W. Sexton High School.

Each Studio is a converted classroom with with completely modern facilities. The building has a fiber optic line installed and internet is included with the rent as well all utilities. Each studio has washer and dryer hook-up.
